We purchased our son a Kohala KOS Soprano Ukulele (Model KO-S) on December 13, 2010. He noticed a buzzing sound on the instrument right away, but not being an experienced musicians we were not sure what to do. We recently took it to be checked out at the music store and were told that the bridge was too low and not clearing the frets causing the buzzing. Also, the bridge (?) at the top near the tuners is manufactured wrong according to the repair man. He instructed us to contact you regarding warranty. Please let us know how we should proceed.

    Model: KO-S
Date of Purchase: 12/13/10 (we have the original receipt)
Authorized Dealer: Guitar Center, 2525 W. Anderson Lane, Austin, Texas 78757
    WE have the receipt
Nature of problem: Buzzing sound caused by bridge too low, not clearing frets; manufacturing problem with bridge near tuners
Our Location: Round Rock, Texas (near Austin, Texas)
